Terms and Conditions for Countdown City Cleaning

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of services provided by Countdown City Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a cleaning service provider based in Texas. By using our cleaning services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.Services Provided
Countdown City Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Regular cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Office cleaning
Specific services requested by the Client will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Service Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the service fee outlined in the estimate or invoice provided by Countdown City Cleaning.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include [credit card, debit card, check, or cash].
Any late payments will incur a late fee, assessed 10 days after the due date.
The Company reserves the right to change service fees with prior notice.Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least [48 hours] notice. If cancellation or rescheduling is made less than [48 hours] before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
If Countdown City Cleaning needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we will notify the Client promptly and reschedule at the earliest available date.Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure that the premises are accessible at the scheduled time of service. If access is restricted or denied, the Company reserves the right to charge for the time wasted.
The Client is responsible for securing any valuables and fragile items before the cleaning service.
If there are any pets in the home or office, the Client must inform the Company prior to the service. Pets should be secured or kept out of the cleaning area during the service.Limitations of Liability
Countdown City Cleaning will take reasonable precautions to care for the Client’s property. However, the Company will not be held liable for any damage caused to items that were not moved or secured prior to cleaning.
In the event of damage, the Client must notify the Company within 24 hours after the completion of the service. We will investigate the issue and may offer compensation if deemed necessary.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions such as structural issues, plumbing, or faulty electrical systems.Health and Safety
All cleaning products used by Countdown City Cleaning are safe, but the Client should notify the Company of any known allergies to specific cleaning supplies before the service begins.
Our cleaners are trained to follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as necessary.Access to Property
The Client grants Countdown City Cleaning the right to enter the premises for the purpose of performing cleaning services.
If a cleaning service requires access to locked areas (e.g., bedrooms, offices, cabinets), the Client is responsible for providing keys, codes, or access instructions ahead of time.
8.1 Miscellaneous
8.1. Termination/Access Restriction.
Countdown City Cleaning reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of, and access to, its services or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or for no reason, and without notice.
8.2. Right to Refuse Service.
Countdown City Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including, but not limited to:
Property or condition of the home is not as described by the Client.
Cleaning services requested are more extensive than described by the Client.
The Cleaning Service Provider does not feel comfortable with the service site, Client, or pets.
Presence of extreme or unreasonable clutter, debris, filth, or hazardous materials.
Presence of construction materials or debris, or the location is a construction site.
Presence of mold and/or other biohazards.
Items weighing over 25lbs must be moved.
Cleaning surfaces are out of reach for the Cleaning Service Provider.
Cleaning of chandeliers or the outside face of exterior windows.
8.3 Right to Reschedule.
Countdown City Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services if more time than initially discussed is required to complete the services.
Confidentiality and Privacy
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of any personal information or data obtained during the course of providing cleaning services.
The Client agrees to keep all information about the Company’s pricing, services, and methods confidential unless otherwise agreed.Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mediation or arbitration before taking legal action.
Any legal action arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas.Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Countdown City Cleaning, its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Client's use of our services, including but not limited to damage to property, personal injury, or loss.Modifications to Terms
Countdown City Cleaning reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or through direct communication to the Client.Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any legal action or dispute related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts of Bexar, Texas.Contact Information
